How do you keep the budget in check?

Quotes are sent prior to event and the client can manage it from there. Our quotations are itemised. If an event has begun and notably something that we have that must be there is requested, we notify and confirm with clients before any changes are made.

What if there’s an emergency?

We pride ourselves on a streamlined process for set ups and communicate what is possible within the set timeline of the client to manage expectations.

Can we change the date or details without additional fees?
